In this article I aim to create a healing space for those who resonate with womb space and inner child healing for divine feminine expression. On the opposing end, men can also heal their sacred creator space of their core childhood wounds to divine masculine expression. I will share my womb space healing practices that have led me to healing my inner child over the past three years. Please allow what resonates with you along your healing journey. This article will not tell you specifically what to say for your womb space and inner child healing. That is personal to each person and will differ greatly depending on specific traumas. It will act as a layout blueprint guide on the direction to make healing progress with three practices you can follow. Given my experience I can now offer this guide towards your healing journey.
To clarify what womb space is, it is your sacred creator power located within the second chakra and connecting to the first chakra. It is in this space where our creative power lives to create new life and ideas. When trauma occurs relating to these chakra spaces, your womb space can become blocked. Tracing this trauma to its origin usually becomes inner child healing work to be done.
I began my womb space healing journey in a dark place. I was in an abusive relationship for three years, during it my assistance began nudging me on my healing path in August 2018. In this darker time, a family friend who is spiritually connected had guided me in meditation to face my core wounds. I knew I was hanging onto the past but I didn’t know what it was exactly, plus I was so stuck in my abusive relationship to see that it was also damaging to my womb space.
This was my first meditation meeting with my inner child. My inner child was stuck in a past programming, stuck in trauma. My family friend, a spiritual counselor, helped me within a meditative state to meet her by meeting with a younger version of myself. The age that inner child appears is the timeline of the trauma they are stuck in, which is the core trauma to heal. My inner child is five or six years old. Meeting with your inner child is the first step towards healing. The next step is creating a new dialogue or communication between you and your inner child. With a new dialogue communication between you and your inner child this paves the way towards healing by creating a healthy relationship with inner child. Through this first meeting session, it was apparent to me that my inner child was hiding, was scared, and was not free to express herself.
To clarify what inner child is, this is a part of the self that lives energetically within us. There is an inner child and even inner teenagers within us. It is the part of ourselves during that age that, if it experienced trauma, can be damaged and remain in a damaged state within. Inner child healing aims to create a healthy relationship within that part of ourselves, by communicating and interacting with the inner child. Many people spend their lifetimes ignoring their inner child, and inner teenagers that are desperately waiting to be seen and heard to heal. I will note that an important part to inner child healing is simply doing the things you loved as a child. The basic concept of inner child healing means that you, as the adult you are now, has survived the trauma from the past. That you, as the adult you are now, are creating a new healing relationship and space that your inner child will heal within by releasing the trauma that was blocking your inner child’s freedom.
In January 2019 I began an intensive online course to level up within my starseed mission and services. This course reminded me of the truth of abundance. To be abundant we must first heal core wounds that block our natural abundance. This led me to look further into abundance within a Facebook group in June 2019. In this group we did a practice where we wrote down our thoughts surrounding money and then put a feeling next to them. This allowed me to see my mental limitations and emotional attachments surrounding money. Collecting these emotions led me to see how they were related to my first and second chakra. Beginning this journey I was healing my first and second chakra, which then led to a complete womb space and inner child healing for divine feminine expression.
Backing it up a bit, I was aware of my divine feminine embodiment connection through my starseed confirmation astrology reading. Having this divine feminine activation marking being reactivated in my upcoming life I knew I was healing this part of me that I had once allowed the damage by the abusive relationship and childhood trauma. Everything came full circle towards this divine feminine activation once I had finally let go of that abusive relationship in July 2019, right in time for my divine feminine reactivation along my progressed chart. I began moving full force into my womb space and inner child healing to divine feminine expression.
The practices that were powerful in this womb space healing started in June 2019, consisting of a slow healing ranging over the next two years, with three total years of this entire journey. Over the next two years I wrote automatic letters to my inner child, I did hypnosis guided meditations to meet with my inner child, and I did mirror work with my womb space. These three practices were the key to healing my womb space by meeting my inner child, and creating a healing dialogue between us. I have now reached this space of a healed inner child to share these practices in more detail.
Beginning this next part of my healing for the next two years I knew I had damaged my divine feminine expression by this abusive relationship. I knew I had inner child work to do with deeper childhood trauma. This is where I really narrowed down my healing practices and took the time to keep up with these practices shedding layers and layers to heal my core wounds. Healing takes time, energy, and emotional release. It isn’t done overnight and it is done with grace given by yourself to yourself. I let these practices take however long they needed, I did not give it a due date, and sitting here now sharing this is the merit of the progress I’ve made by allowing this healing journey to unfold in it’s right timing. I can’t say I’m a fully healed person, I am forever evolving and growing. However, I have reached a place of healing of my inner child and womb space that I can now share towards your journey of divine feminine expression.
Automatic Letters to Your Inner Child:
Automatic letters are a practice of automatic writing through the subconscious mind, channeling the higher self. In order to really let my conscious mind relax and let my subconscious mind flow I decided to write with my non-dominant hand. Although this is more difficult physically, on a mental level it will help the conscious mind to relax and allow any subconscious thoughts to flow through you. I wrote three letters over the last two years, each were pages long with profound healing results after each letter creating a deeper and deeper understanding.
Begin each letter with Dear “Your Name” and ending it with Love, “Your Name” this bonds the written dialogue to your soul for healing. Each letter is a deeper level of healing as you go into the dialogue for healing your inner child. This practice does physically hurt your non-dominant hand so I would take a break when it hurts and return to finish the letter another time. Remember not to rush these letters, this practice is strong because it isn’t rushed and you do have time to say anything and everything to your inner child. Let it take a year, let it take two years, let it take however long it needs to take.
When communicating with your inner child in order to heal the dialogue you must listen and speak to your inner child. This means acknowledging her feelings, her perspective, her environment. This means taking responsibility as the adult you are now to the way you survived, the hurt you caused to her, and how you support and love her.
A side note to these letters I wrote is the evidence of integrating this healing of the inner child physically as embodiment. As a channeler, I can write and speak light language, as I integrated this ability my right hand twitches in energy when I am picking up on more light codes to write. I noticed with these letters it produced the same effect, except it was in my non-dominant hand. The very first letter I wrote the next day my left thumb would twitch like crazy all day long, this shows the integration or embodiment of the healing taking place. Now when my left thumb twitches I see it as the embodiment of the healthy relationship with my inner child, it can mean she has finally been heard or also that she would like to speak more.
Each letter unravels and uncovers your inner child dialogue and eventually you will get to a healing space of releasing any old dialogue from trauma. Through this communication dialogue you begin to see where the trauma occurred, why it occurred, what was impacted, and what direction to take in healing. Eventually you will reach major events that impact your inner child, as you communicate about the stressful events you begin to heal the conversation of it and heal the energy blocking. These letters strip down all the old stories and walls that live around the childhood trauma that the inner child resides within energetically. When all the details are uncovered and the communication you create between you and your inner child the healing space is created and continues to heal with each letter. You will know when you reach the healing space needed to feel you have healed your inner child. It may take one, or two, or three, or more letters. Remember not to expect and just allow this healing space to unfold as it should.
Since these letters are so free in the time you have to communicate with your inner child, you can really do some deep uncovering with your inner child compared to the other practices mentioned in this article. For me personally I was able to uncover the reason I gave myself a nickname and why I disliked my birth name. Consciously I thought it was a new expression of identity, but subconsciously I found through these letters that it was a way for me to build something new for myself, and in turn covering the past trauma with my nickname. I didn’t realize it inevitably hurt my inner child and sent her to hide more by disliking my birth name and being called my nickname only from middle school forward. Now having healed this deeply, I can reclaim my birth name and love it again. I am officially allowing the world to please call me Hannah. My nickname, Uffie, is still allowed also!
A tip for writing these automatic letters is to incorporate sound healing to help produce a relaxed environment. Play classical music, binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies whichever you prefer to help your brain to relax and move your consciousness into different awareness states.
Hypnosis Meditation to Meet Your Inner Child:
Meeting with your inner child through meditation is necessary to healing. Hypnosis mediation consists of a deeper relaxed state of meditation by using the subconscious to meet in this state. It is a subconscious meditative journey to visualize, interact, meet and communicate with your inner child. Hypnosis uses the deep relaxed subconscious state to promote healing in this space guided by a voice or hypnosis practitioner. You can find plenty of hypnosis meditations to meet your inner child on YouTube, this is the one I used over two years: Hypnosis for Meeting Your Inner Child on YouTube
This hypnosis guided meditation to meet your inner child has a voice that guides you through your subconscious mind, it leads you deeper into your awareness to meet and interact with your inner child. The voice guides you to see memories and to initiate communication and contact with you as an adult and your inner child. Inner child can also show you memories and places for healing. The voice suggests things to say and help this communication to promote healing.
This practice which I technically only did twice is very strong and profound. Since you are put in a present moment to interact and communicate with your inner child it’s very profound to healing. You can really get a sense of the state your inner child is in, emotionally, physically, spiritually. It is powerful because it’s interactive. You can hear, visualize, touch, sense, feel, play, hug, and cry with your inner child. This sense of the state they are in helps on what to approach exactly to promote healing. As you meet multiple times with your inner child it will change as you heal your inner child. Eventually the next time you meet will bring a sense that your inner child is healing and changing. Inner child will appear in whatever state they are in and you approach interaction and communications to change their state in a holistic healing way. Take notice of the way your inner child looks and dresses, the memories they show you, the places they show you, the things they say, and the feelings they show you. These details should be noticed as clues towards what to approach in healing. Using this practice will enable more inner child meetings in your dream state.
In comparison to the letters the meditations are more interactive so it can be a very intense level of healing, making every meeting strong and meaning you might use this practice spacing out the times between the meetings so as to not overwhelm your healing journey. I did a meeting, then wrote some letters and did another meeting way later. The differences between the meetings were so immense that the second meeting I had I was completely balling. Tears just flowed out because of all the healing progress I had made with my inner child. So feel this practice out and be mindful not to push it or overdo this practice.
Womb Space Mirror Work:
Another practice I did over the two years was womb space mirror work. I don’t know exactly what to call this practice but what it consists of is a physical body loving ritual. Specifically loving your womb space, your genital area, by sitting in front of a mirror naked, looking and communicating to your genital area creating a sacred healing space for this area. This can help with any sexual trauma experiences to promote divine feminine expression. This area can become abused and holds onto trauma also. I believe I naturally thought to do this work on my own, but it is a body ritual practice of healing that others do. It is very personal and intimate. Specifically for my past childhood trauma and the abusive relationship, it was an honoring of my divine feminine self I had let become damaged.
Mirror work in general is a reflection work done facing a mirror. When you stare back at your reflection and communicate holistic conversations towards your reflection it can be a really helpful healing practice. It is done alone, in an intimate space where you can say anything to your reflection. It creates a level of bonding and honoring your body, which essentially has experienced trauma and this is helpful to recovering.
You speak to your genitals as a sacred part of you, your divine creator space, as its own entity within your higher self. You may have a pet name or a sacred name to call and speak to your genitals. I would speak to my genitals saying things like “Yoni” “Punani” and “Puyoni” (combining these two words). This practice is meant to create a healing dialogue between you and your womb space. This practice is meant to meet your divine creator space face to face and honor your goddess or god expression to promote healing.
This practice is simple and easy and can be done any number of times. You become more comfortable with sitting with your naked body and speaking with it. Normally the conversation starts off slowly saying anything that comes to mind that you want your body to hear in support and encouragement. The conversation begins to get deeper and deeper as you encourage and support your womb space. For example you may start off with saying things like “you are perfect and beautiful” to deeper parts like “you are powerful in creation and I am sorry for any past mistreatment of my sacred womb space”. It is very personal so just say things from your heart during this practice. Every time you do this practice you begin to feel more comfortable in these conversations and can feel the reconnection to your womb space power.
